• User ID: A unique ID assigned to your account. Used for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance, personalization, and account management.
• Phone number (optional): Collected only if you register with or link a phone number. Used for login verification and account management.
• Other information: Profile details you choose to provide, such as [gender / date of birth / country or region]. Used for app functionality.

2.2 Photos (optional)

• If you upload a profile picture or send images, we access the photos you select or the camera, only with your permission. Used for app functionality.

2.3 Messages

• We process messages you send in rooms and private chats to deliver them to recipients. Used for app functionality.

2.4 App Activity

• App interactions: Such as pages viewed, features used, and rooms joined. Used for app functionality and analytics.
• Other user-generated content: Such as room titles, profile bios, and comments. Used for app functionality and analytics.

2.5 App Information and Performance

• Crash logs and diagnostics, such as crash reports, error logs, and performance data. Used for analytics, to find and fix technical issues.

2.6 Device or Other IDs

• Device identifiers such as Android ID, OAID, IDFV, IDFA, and a randomly generated device ID. Used for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance, and account management.

2.7 Third-Party SDKs

We use the following third-party SDKs to provide core features. They collect only the data needed for their function and do not use it for advertising.

a. Hyphenate Chat SDK — Messaging

• Network permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_STATE): to send and receive chat messages and keep the connection stable.
• Storage permissions (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): to cache images and messages in chats.
• Data collected: user ID, device ID, device model, system version, and network type, used to deliver messages and fix connection issues.

b. Shumei SDK — Security and Fraud Prevention

• Approximate location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): to detect abnormal logins, fake accounts, and fraudulent activity. Not used for advertising or tracking.
• Network and storage permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): to identify risky devices and network environments.
• Data collected: device information, device identifiers, IP address, and network information, used only for fraud prevention and account security.

c. ZEGO Express SDK — Voice Chat

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO / NSMicrophoneUsageDescription): to let you speak in voice rooms, only when you turn on your microphone.
• Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH): to support Bluetooth headsets during voice chat.
• Network and storage permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): to transmit audio in real time and save logs for troubleshooting.
• Data collected: user ID, username, device information, and IP address, used to provide voice service and fix audio issues.

You can turn off any of these permissions in your device settings at any time. Only the related features will be affected.

3. Child Protection and Emergency Response

NightParti is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly provide services to, or intentionally collect personal data from, individuals under 18 years of age.

Usage Restrictions

• Children under 18 may only use NightParti with explicit parental consent and guidance.
• Children are prohibited from sharing sensitive information (such as national ID numbers, addresses, contact details, financial data, or other legally protected information) on NightParti.
